Refund policy

At Date Night Brands, we strive to provide high-quality products that exceed our customers' expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you're not completely satisfied with your Date Night Box, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Please note that opened or used products, or products with any scratched off cards, are not eligible for returns. We take great care to ensure that our products are in pristine condition when they leave our warehouse, and we expect them to be returned in the same condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your Date Night Box. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
